“Thank you so much for all your expertise and help. Actually, knowing the names of what I have suffered from for 49 years has helped me immensely, as has your patience and motivating me. I can thank you enough. I didn’t want to spend what time I have left dealing with my demons, I wanted to overcome them, and thanks to you, I have. Not only that, but I know I still have work to do.”

“Natasha was my therapist during a rough patch. Initially skeptical, my weekly sessions with her changed my life. She made me feel heard, validated my emotions, and helped me turn a new page. Without Natasha, I would have stayed on a negative path. She didn’t let me stay down, pushing me to change even when I resisted. We discussed my issues, identified triggers, and worked on skills to tackle life’s challenges confidently.“

You have helped me to understand how I need to change. Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and your kindness. I really cannot express how much it has been appreciated. I will keep working on it.”
